The focus is on ease of use and safety to promote higher resident utilization. The circuit training utilizes a smart card system that will allow a resident to track their progress. There is also equipment for cardio use specifically designed for seniors.
Cedarbrook is committed to a high culinary standard for our residents. Our culinary team oversees the day-to-day meal preparation with a restaurant dining experience as the standard.
The dining experience includes the use of fresh ingredients and made from scratch cooking. Whenever possible, Cedarbrook will utilize locally-sourced ingredients with seasonal menus. This approach allows for more creativity in meal options while promoting health and wellness.
