We offer just 19 senior living cottages on our Northville campus. Residents of these cottages enjoy:

These independent living residents can stay active by participating in our wellness programs and visiting our senior fitness center. While meals are not included in the rent for our senior living cottages, residents can still visit Claire’s Cafe, Aviator’s Pub, and our dining room whenever they’d like.

Additionally, our residents can invite their loved ones to visit. Our senior living cottages provide plenty of space to entertain, and our community offers game rooms and outdoor spaces where you can enjoy time with family and friends.

And since Cedarbrook of Northville is a continuing care retirement community, we offer a variety of senior housing options and services to meet the changing needs of our residents. Although most CCRCs require a large entrance fee, Cedarbrook of Northville is purely a rental community. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an apartment.
